Is this a "Work for Hire" project?
(required)
"Work for hire" means a legal agreement where the copyright ownership of a creative work belongs to the person or company that commissioned it, rather than the individual who created it; essentially, the employer or hiring party is considered the "author" of the work, not the creator, and has full rights to the intellectual property produced.
***Please note: I typically prefer to retain copyright ownership of my work, providing clients with broad usage rights tailored to their needs. I generally do not engage in "work for hire" projects, as retaining creative rights ensures that I can maintain the highest quality standards in line with my brand, while also potentially generating future revenue opportunities with third parties. Additionally, giving up my copyright comes with a significantly elevated cost because it reflects the lifetime loss of the images for future royalties.
However, if you have specific usage requirements, I’m happy to discuss options that work for both parties.
